Man I open the flash and started to move on your own, I looked up tutorial on the internet but found nothing interesting. You just need to learn to use the timeline that has to do all the quiet, the effects like blur and stuff is easy. Flash animation is similar to gif in photoshop (not the best example xD) but more complex.
